Zones
A zone is one area with its own audio. A dining room is one zone. A dining room and a patio that need separate volume and scheduling are two.
Billing is per zone. Most single-site businesses run one.
The music service
$39 per zone, per month. Month to month. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
Includes licensed music for commercial use, so there are no ASCAP, BMI or SESAC performance fees on the music we supply.
Additional zones on a multi-zone player are discounted.
Players
Our player — $129
Six months of service included. $39 per zone per month after that. Built for commercial playback, supported by us, and visible to us remotely when something goes wrong.
An installed system — quoted per building
Sonos, Ubiquiti PowerAmp-class hardware or a comparable multi-zone amplifier, specified and installed for the building. For multi-zone sites and for audio that has to go in the ceiling. Speaker count, amplifier and cable runs drive the price. See AV installation.
Your own device — no hardware cost
We supply a stream URL. Point an existing player or system at it, or run our Android app on a tablet or Android box.
Existing amplifiers and ceiling speakers work with all three.
Add-ons
Extended offline storage. Holds several days of audio on the player so a longer outage does not stop the music. Available on any plan; priced separately because local storage carries a higher licensing fee than streaming.

Quoted separately
Digital signage, overhead messaging, AV installation, WiFi marketing and music on hold are priced per building. Screen count, speaker count and what is already installed all change the number.
